Upcoming Releases on Sonic Past Music

Sonic Past Music is getting the pipeline ready for a lot of releases in the coming months. Here’s just a couple of developments we can tell you about right now:

  • JackdawgOctober 21, 2008 – John McFee (vocals/guitar) and Keith Knudsen (drums) of the Doobie Brothers along with Stu Cook of CCR (bass). A supergroup that never released their album. These tracks were recorded in 1990 / 1991 and are currently being remixed and mastered by John McFee.
  • We have joined forces with Joe Foster’s UK label After Hours/Poppydisc, which is the valued classic early 50s release label in the United Kingdom releasing everything from Elvis Presley to Rick Nelson, Gene Vincent, Johnny Otis and many other greats. We will be distributing some of these rare jewels this year on Sonic Past Music.

My site specializes in artists whose recording career started in 1985 or before. I would be very interested in receiving any advance press releases on your new product so that I can pass it along to my readers.

    Thanks so much.
